Reviews One-click reviews
Did you know that with one-click reviews, customers can leave a review in one click? Super convenient! All data - such as customer name, order number and email address - are automatically transferred from your online store software. Once your customer receives an invitation, all he or she has to do is click on the desired number of stars. That click immediately counts as a rating. This is how you collect reviews at lightning speed!
Why choose one-click reviews?
One-click reviews lower the barrier to review. The easier you make it, the more likely customers will leave their opinion. And that's good for your reliability and conversion!
After that first click, the customer still gets to see the form to possibly give an explanation. In practice many customers do this. You choose whether to enable this feature - simply via your WebwinkelKeur dashboard.
How does it work exactly?
- One-click reviews are available for members with a Plus or Pro membership.
- Your customer receives an invitation email after purchase containing the stars.
- Does the customer click on one of the stars? Then the review is immediately posted.
- He or she can then add an optional comment to the review.
Also nice: as always, you can respond to the review - both publicly and privately. This way you keep the customer dialogue open and professional.
Note: no moderation without explanation
Normally, you can submit a moderation request for a negative review. With a one-click review without explanation, this is unfortunately not possible. This is because we always judge based on content. Without text, we cannot make a fair judgment, and therefore cannot remove a review - no matter how sour it sometimes feels 😬.
Good to know: only customers who have been automatically invited by you can post a one-click review. This keeps the system reliable.
Here's how to activate one-click reviews
1. Log in to dashboard.webwinkelkeur.nl
2. Go to Reviews > Invitations > Settings
3. Scroll down and check the Activate one-click reviews option
