This service is ideal for merchants who want to improve their accessibility without sharing their personal number. But how exactly does this work?
Your own fixed 085 number
Upon activation of the telephone service you will receive a unique 085 number from WebwinkelKeur. This number is not transferable, so you cannot take your existing number with you. However, you can forward calls to another number of your choice, such as your cell phone or another fixed number. This way you can be reached in the way that best suits your situation.
Note: Do you have multiple webshops within one account? Then use one phone number and one voicemail for your entire company.
Flexible calling plan and call forwarding
With the flexible calling plan, you can set the days and times when calls are forwarded to which number. For example:
- During the day to your office landline number.
- Evenings and weekends to your cell phone
- During absence to your voicemail
This flexibility ensures that you can always be reached whenever you want, without having to share your personal number.
Voicemail with email notification
If you are unable to answer a call, callers can leave a message on your voicemail. You have the option of leaving a personalized welcome message or using a default text. Recorded messages are automatically emailed to you for you to listen to at a convenient time.
Notice:- With this number you can only receive calls, not outgoing calls.
- You cannot use this number for WhatsApp.
Call recording for quality control
All incoming calls can be recorded and later listened to online. This is useful for quality control, employee training or recording important customer conversations.
Costs and conditions
- Monthly fee fixed number: €5.00
- Forwarding costs: €0.19 per minute
- Voicemail messages: €0.19 per message
- Billing: You will receive the invoice afterwards.
- For consumers: When consumers call your 085 number, they pay the usual telephone rates.
The phone service works on a prepaid basis. You top up via iDEAL and never pay more than you have to. There is no minimum purchase and the service can be cancelled monthly.
Note: Is your credit used up? Then the service expires automatically.
Do you terminate your membership with WebwinkelKeur? Then the phone service also stops and your 085 number expires. Do you want to keep the number? Then you can transfer it through a new telecom provider.
Activation
To activate the phone service:
1. Log in to your WebwinkelKeur dashboard.
2. Go to 'Additional services' > 'Phone service' > 'Settings'.
3. Click the green button to activate the service
After activation, your 085 number is usually active the next business day.
