Reviews Multi-platform Review Requests
Protect your reputation on the Internet with our Multi-platform Review Requests.
Multi-platform review requests allow PRO members to set what percentage of review requests after an order refer to specific "external sources" such as Google or Facebook. Up to 50% of all invitations can be distributed to different linked external sources. This way you can better manage the flow of reviews through us and maintain a strong reputation completely balanced across different platforms
Let's say you received a series of complaints via Google reviews that took a big hit to your score there; with this feature, as long as you are a PRO member, you can have up to 50% of your review requests referred to Google. Your satisfied customers will then drown the negative reviews on that platform with their positive reviews so that you have a balanced score at Google again. But not only maintaining a healthy score is a benefit of this feature, you can also simply collect more reviews from a platform like Facebook where it may not be currently taking a storm in terms of reviews. Why throw all your eggs in one basket?
This feature is automatically active if you are a PRO member.
The feature can be found under "invitations > Multi-Platform.
There are several sources available. Currently they are Google, Facebook, Trustpilot and Kiyoh.
- For PRO members only
- WWK refers to itself in min. 50% of review emails
- You can freely divide the other 50% in parts of 10%
- Linked/found external sources are automatically shown in the settings of this feature (found under: invitations > Multi-Platform).
- Are you missing a resource there? Does it show up under Reviews > External Resources? Then perhaps it is not currently supported at Bol.com, for example, because of their review policy.
