Integration Magento module for WebwinkelKeur

Follow the steps below to install the WebwinkelKeur module in Magento:

1. Download our plug-in via Github.

2. Log in to the Magento Administration Panel.

3. Go to 'System' > 'Magento Connect' > 'Magento ConnectManager'.

4. Upload the .tgz file at 'Direct package file upload'.

5. Click 'Upload' to install the extension.

6. Empty the Magento cache, log out and log in again.

7. Go to 'System' > 'Configuration' > 'WebwinkelKeur' > 'Configuration'.

8. You will now see the configuration screen as below:

9. Enter your Webshop ID and API key. You can find these in the WebwinkelKeur dashboard under 'Installation' > 'Select software' > 'Magento'.

10. The link is now ready. Do a test order to check if everything works correctly and check if existing sliders and functions are not disrupted.

Integration Javascript module Magento

The WebwinkelKeur Javascript integration ensures that customers can check the authenticity of the label and read the customer experiences without leaving your web shop. The advantage of this is that the conversion rate will be higher than if customers would leave your webshop to view the experiences on an external website. So we definitely recommend activating the Javascript integration.

At 'Show sidebar' you can indicate whether you want to display the sidebar or not. The sidebar is an interactive image that stays on the left or right side of the screen and that customers can use to check your data.

The WebwinkelKeur tooltip is part of the Javascript integration and shows a summary of your WebwinkelKeur data when you hover over the label. See the example below:

Under "Invitation to share a customer experience," you can specify whether you want to automatically invite customers by email to share their experience. This option is only available to PLUS members.

When you activate the option, several configuration options appear:

Send at status: this determines at which order status the invitation is sent. For example, if you choose 'complete', the invitation will be sent as soon as you set the order in Magento to 'complete'.

Delay: set the number of days the invitation should be sent later. For example, enter 7, then the invitation will be sent 7 days after the order is set to 'complete'. This ensures that the customer already has the product and possibly tested it.

Maximum delay: this prevents orders that are set to 'complete' after a long time from still receiving an invitation. If you set this to 20, only orders that are set to 'complete' within 20 days of purchase will receive an invitation.

We recommend this option especially when you have sufficient knowledge of Magento. The advantage of displaying the reviews on your own webshop is that they can be shown within your own design, which requires a properly configured Magento with cronjobs. If you have not set up the cronjobs correctly, you must periodically click the 'Manually load' button to complete the synchronization. When the reviews are loaded, you can display them on the left or right side of your webshop. It is also possible to display the customer reviews on a separate page within your store. However, we recommend using this option only if you want to personalize the design of this page. In other cases, we recommend using the WebwinkelKeur widget which shows the latest reviews posted. Below is a nice example of how you can display the latest reviews in your own layout with some technical knowledge. Example custom design of the reviews
