With the ValuedShops PRO package, you benefit from additional features such as collecting multilingual reviews, automatic translations and multiplatform review requests. You also get access to the international trustmark ValuedShops, which increases your reliability within Europe.
How do I upgrade to ValuedShops PRO?
If you currently have another ValuedShops package and want to upgrade to the ValuedShops PRO package, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your ValuedShops dashboard.
2. Click on your profile at the top right
3. Go to "Packages and payment."
4. Then switch your current package for ValuedShops PRO.
After the upgrade you can immediately use the PRO-functions!
With the ValuedShops PRO-package you can send 600 review invitations per month for € 33,- per month. Do you need more invitations? Then you can easily upgrade to a higher number of invitations. Check out our discounted prices
ValuedShops logo on your international webshop
With the ValuedShops PRO-package, you can receive the ValuedShops logo for your international webshops. This logo can be found in your dashboard and can easily be added to your webshop.
Widgets and banners in the right language
- Widgets are automatically translated and switch between the ValuedShops and ValuedShops logo based on the language settings of the visitor.
- For banners, you determine the language yourself. Before downloading the code, you can select a language in the dashboard. This way you determine what is displayed on a particular page.
This is how to add the Valued Shops logo to your webshop:
1. Log in to your ValuedShops dashboard.
2. Go to Installation > Widgets/Banners
3. Choose the desired widget or banner and copy or download the code.
4. Place the code on the desired page of your web store.
This way you can show international customers that your shop is reliable!
Set up multiple languages before collecting reviews
Before you can collect multilingual reviews, you first have to set the languages you want to use. This is how you do it:
1. Go to your ValuedShops dashboard.
2. Navigate to Profile > Appearance > Settings
3. Select the languages in which you want to receive and send reviews
If you have set up multiple languages, these will also be displayed in the widgets on your shop. They are then automatically translated for you. This allows customers to see immediately that your shop is suitable for international visitors. Currently, we support translations of reviews in German, French and English.
Customize review texts in multiple languages
You can personalize the standard review invitations in the languages you have activated. You can choose what to put in the invitation for each country, or you can enter the same text for each language. Just follow these steps:
1. Go to your ValuedShops dashboard.
2. Navigate to Reviews > Invitations > Settings
3. Adjust the invitation texts for each language.
This helps in a better customer experience and increases the chances of receiving reviews.
Multiplatform: spread reviews across multiple platforms
The multi-platform feature of ValuedShops PRO allows you to forward up to 50% of your review invitations to external platforms such as Google and Trustpilot. This helps you collect reviews in multiple places and strengthen your online reputation.
To activate this feature:
1. Go to your ValuedShops dashboard.
2. Navigate to Reviews > Invitations > Settings.
3. Set what percentage of your invitations should be sent to other platforms.
This is how you ensure a balanced distribution of your reviews across different channels.
Make sure you haveadded the platform you want to collect reviews for as an external sourceto your account. Without this step, it is not possible to link to the multiplatform feature.
