Reviews Show external reviews

Review sources, a nice extra to boost your average score! The average score you have achieved on an external review platform is displayed on your member page. This gives an even better picture of your online store! And of course, it's extra nice to show that you have already collected a lot of reviews.

What are external review sources?

You may have already collected reviews from another review party. It's nice to be able to show all the reviews you've collected on one platform. We make this possible by adding these reviews as an external source. The average score you have achieved with this party will then be displayed on your member page. If you click on the average, you will be taken to the reviews on the relevant review platform. This gives your customers a nice overview of all the reviews you have collected!

How do I link review sources that are not added automatically?

Fortunately, adding extra external sources is a piece of cake! To do this, log in to your WebwinkelKeur dashboard > profile > reviews.

Once you are there, you will see a whole list of external sources that can be added. Click on connect and add the necessary information. Once the link is made, you will see the review source listed.

If you see a review source that you would rather not display, you can also hide it. To do this, click on the hide button. The source will then no longer be displayed on your member page.

Why is the source not linked?

There could be several reasons for this. For example, your Google business profile may be missing a business address, which prevents the link from being created. Alternatively, the URL for Trustpilot, for example, may not match the URL we have on file.

Can product reviews from Bol.com also be linked?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to link the product reviews you have collected within Bol.com. However, shop reviews can be linked!

What can I do if the review site where I have collected reviews is not listed?

That's very annoying, of course! Fortunately, you can submit a request within the dashboard. We will then look into the possibilities. Who knows, maybe the review site will be included in the future!

Using not WebwinkelKeur, but another review platform to collect reviews

Don't want to collect reviews through WebwinkelKeur, but rather through an external party? First make sure your external review source is shown on your member page. Then log in to the WebwinkelKeur dashboard and navigate through the menu on the left to Reviews > Settings. At the option "Review referral" you can indicate through which review platform you want to collect your reviews. If you choose a different platform than WebwinkelKeur, the button to post a review on your member page will from now on refer to the review form on the selected platform.
