With the ValuedShops PRO package, you’ll benefit from additional features such as collecting multilingual reviews, automatic translations, and multi-platform review requests. You’ll also gain access to the international trustmark, ValuedShops, which helps boost your credibility across Europe.
How do I upgrade to ValuedShops PRO?
If you currently have a different ValuedShops package and want to upgrade to the ValuedShops PRO package, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your ValuedShops dashboard
2. Click on your profile in the top right corner
3. Go to “Packages and Payment”
4. Switch your current package to ValuedShops PRO
After the upgrade, you can start using the PRO features right away!
With the ValuedShops PRO package, you can send 600 review invitations per month as standard for €33 per month. Do you need more invitations? Then you can easily upgrade to a higher number of invitations. Check out our tiered pricing
Place the ValuedShops logo on your international online store
With the ValuedShops PRO package, you can receive the ValuedShops logo for your international online stores. This logo can be found in your dashboard and can be easily added to your online store.
Widgets and banners in the correct language
• Widgets are automatically translated and switch between the ValuedShops and WebwinkelKeur logos based on the visitor’s language settings.
• For banners, you choose the language yourself. Before downloading the code, you can select a language in the dashboard. This allows you to determine what is displayed on a specific page.
Here’s how to add the Valued Shops logo to your online store:
1. Log in to your ValuedShops dashboard.
2. Go to Installation > Widgets/Banners
3. Select the desired widget or banner and copy or download the code.
4. Place the code on the desired page of your online store.
This is also how you can immediately show international customers that your online store is trustworthy!
Set up multiple languages before collecting reviews
Before you can collect multilingual reviews, you must first set up the languages you want to use. Here’s how:
1. Go to your ValuedShops dashboard
2. Navigate to Profile > Appearance > Settings
3. Select the languages in which you want to receive and send reviews
Once you’ve set up multiple languages, they’ll also appear in the widgets on your online store. They’ll be automatically translated for you. This lets customers see right away that your online store is suitable for international visitors. Currently, we support translations of reviews in German, French, and English.
Customize review texts in multiple languages
You can personalize the standard review invitations in the languages you’ve activated. You can choose what to include in the invitation for each country, or you can use the same text for every language. To do this, follow these steps:
1. Go to your ValuedShops dashboard
2. Navigate to Reviews > Invitations > Settings
3. Customize the invitation texts for each language
This helps improve the customer experience and increases the likelihood of receiving reviews.
Multiplatform: Distribute reviews across multiple platforms
With the multi-platform feature, you can forward up to 50% of your review invitations to external platforms such as Google and Trustpilot. This helps you collect reviews in multiple places and strengthen your online reputation.
To activate this feature:
1. Go to your ValuedShops dashboard
2. Navigate to Reviews > Invitations > Settings
3. Set the percentage of your invitations to be sent to other platforms
This ensures a balanced distribution of your reviews across different channels.
Make sure you’ve addedthe platform where you want to collect reviews as an external sourceto your account. Without this step, it’s not possible to link to the multi-platform feature.
