The CCV Shop app provides easy integration of WebwinkelKeur within your CCV Shop. This makes it easy to integrate the innovative WebwinkelKeur Sidebar into your online store. For PLUS members, the CCV Shop app provides automatic invitations for customers to share a customer experience. With each completed order, an invitation is automatically sent to the customer inviting him to share his experience. This way you increase the trust and conversion of your shop.
This explanation is for installing the CCV Shop app. We also recommend placing the WebwinkelKeur banners on your CCV Shop. Read more about placing the HTML codes on your CCV store here.
Integration CCV Shop app for WebwinkelKeur
- Login to your WebwinkelKeur dashboard.
- Then login to your CCV Shop store.
- If you are still using the old WebwinkelKeur app, delete it first. Navigate in your CCV Shop environment to App Store > Installed CCV Shop apps tab > find the WebwinkelKeur app and click DEÏNSTALLEREN. If you don't have the old app, continue with step 4.
- Navigate to the App Store > search for the "WebwinkelKeur" app and click Install > Next and select your shop at the top.
- Configure the app to your preferences. Among other things, you can set whether customers receive an invitation again when placing a second order and whether invitations are sent after placing or sending the order. You can also enable the WebwinkelKeur sidebar and product reviews service.
- Test your webshop well after installation and check for conflicts with other (JavaScript) codes within your webshop. Place a test order and check if everything works properly. Check in your WebwinkelKeur dashboard at "Reviews > Invitations" if the invitations are sent correctly.
