After receiving approval, we will send you a link to a page with instructions on how to place the trustmark. You can choose from different formats of the trustmark, so you can choose the format that suits your store best. You copy the corresponding HTML code from our site to your store. The logo consists of a trustmark image which is clickable and refers to your personal page on WebwinkelKeur where customers can leave their experience. The way of placing depends on your web store software. In many cases you can copy and paste the HTML code, in other cases you can place a (clickable) image. If you do not succeed, please contact us for personal support.

How do I cancel/subscribe/stop my membership? Too bad you're going to leave us! We have made cancelling your membership as easy as possible. To cancel your membership, please follow these steps: 1. Log in to your Dashboard (if you don't remember your login information, click 'forgot password').2. Click on your name (the pop icon) at the top right of your screen.3. Choose 'my webshops'.4. Click on 'cancellation' and enter the desired date.5. After processing, you will receive a confirmation email. Cancellation via the mobile app 1. Log in to your Dashboard (if you don't remember your login details, click on 'forgotten password').2. Click on menu, company and user in the lower right corner.3. Choose 'my webshops'.4. Click on 'cancellation' and enter the desired date.5. After processing, you will receive a confirmation email. If you have multiple webshops you must repeat this for each individual webshop to fully cancel your membership. Unsubscribing is also possible for part of your webshops. Please note the following when unsubscribing: - References with value for Google will disappear, such as your listing on WebwinkelKeur and partner websites (WebshopChecker, DigiDispuut, etc.).- The reviews you collected at WebwinkelKeur remain visible on your member page.- All references to WebwinkelKeur on your webshop have to be removed.- Legal documents such as terms and conditions and privacy statement need to be adjusted.- Termination does not entitle you to restitution of already invoiced amounts.- Orders placed during membership remain subject to the WWK conditions.

Basically, we help every online store meet our requirements. If you are rejected, you will of course get the chance to improve your store. We give you plenty of time to do so, and since these are legal requirements, it is possible for any online store to comply. You get two weeks to adjust your store. If you need more time, you can postpone a re-inspection via the reminder e-mail. If your store is rejected, you will not pay any extra costs for this.

You can cancel whenever you want. This can be done via the dashboard. It is important to note that invoices already sent are generally not credited. The invoice term is therefore the notice period. Initially you enter into an annual membership. You can cancel your membership after the first year. After this year you can cancel your membership quarterly, provided you have chosen a quarterly payment.

It is possible to register additional shops within your account for only €5 per shop. We recommend that you first have one online store approved. You can then easily register additional online stores by clicking on your name in the top right corner of your dashboard. Next, click on 'My Online Stores' and then on 'Add Online Store'.

The total annual costs depend on thepackage you choose. You only pay the monthly costs. For example, if you choose the START package at $12 per month, the annual costs will be $144 (12 x $12). These costs are exclusive of 21% VAT. Payment is possible via iDeal, direct debit, and bank transfer. If you prefer to pay quarterly, that is also possible. We charge €9 excl. VAT administration costs per quarter for this. On balance, paying annually is therefore more economical. It is possible to register additional shops within your account for only €5 per shop.

Mentioning your e-mail address is a requirement to qualify for the WebwinkelKeur quality mark and is also a legal requirement. A contact form is not sufficient. Every Dutch webshop has to mention its e-mail address on its website. The legal ground for this we read in Article 3:15d, paragraph 1, BW (Information obligations in the service of the information society) where we quote: b. data that allow for quick contact and direct and effective communication with him, including his electronic mailing address; By law, it is therefore mandatory to include your e-mail address on your web store. We also consider it important ourselves, given that it can happen that a contact form, for example, does not work. Afraid of spam? A common reason for not wanting to publish the e-mail address is the risk of spam. There are enough technical solutions to prevent spam.
