Terrible purchasing experience. We ordered a dining table to the UK that we were promised would arrive pre Christmas 2021. It is mid Feb and we are still waiting - and customer service is unable to even provide an accurate estimate of delivery.
Customer service is totally inept - could not navigate the paper work required, and even at one point asked us if we could fill it in on their behalf.
I cant speak to the quality of the product but regardless we wont buy Puik again.Reply from PUIKDear Rohit,
