    I paid over €80 for a bong via bank transfer and didn't even receive a short response confirming whether the money was received. They had the audacity to not respond to 10 emails. I wanted to contact consumer protection, but I was wondering if I should spend another €25 on this crap.... Never order from this criminal gang. Best regards, Alex.

    Bought a bong but the downstem didn’t have openings under. Tried mailing them, no response. So ordered a new downstem but now my bowl doesn’t fit on the downstem. Hopefully they will set this straight after reading this
