Are there any costs associated with mediation?
Participation in mediation through our platform is free of charge. However, if mediation does not lead to a satisfactory solution, the case can be forwarded to our DigiDispuut dispute resolution service. Cases forwarded to DigiDispuut are subject to a one-time fee of €25.

Find the store
Filing a dispute
On the member page, go to the "Mediation Available" section and click on "Submit Dispute. There you can fill out a form indicating the problem you want us to mediate. Be sure to describe your problem as clearly as possible.
Find a solution
To reach a solution that works for both parties, we ask that you follow our instructions and be as cooperative as possible. The process may take several weeks in total, but we'll keep working on it!
