Review sources, a nice extra to boost your average score! The average score you achieved at an external review platform is shown on your member page. This gives an even better picture of your store! And of course it's extra fun to show that you've already collected a lot of reviews.
What are external review sources?
It may be that you have already collected reviews from another reviewer. It is of course extra nice if you can show all the reviews you have collected on one platform. We make this possible by adding these reviews as external sources. The average score you have scored with this party is then shown on your member page. If you click on the average, you will be taken to the reviews of the review platform in question. This gives your customers a nice overview of all collected reviews!
How do I link review sources that are not automatically added?
Fortunately, adding additional external sources is a snap! Log in to your WebwinkelKeur dashboard > profile > reviews.
Once you get here, you'll see a whole list of external sources that can be added. Click on connect and add the required information. Once the link is made, you will see the review source listed.
If you see a review source that you prefer not to show, you can fortunately hide it. Just click the hide button. The source will no longer be shown on your member page.

Why is the source not linked?
This can be due to several reasons, for example, there may be a business address missing from your Google company profile so the link cannot be made. Also, the URL at Trustpilot may not match the URL known to us.
Can the product reviews of Bol.com also be linked?
Linking the product reviews you have collected within Bol.com is unfortunately not possible. The shop reviews can, of course!

What can I do if the review party I collected reviews from is not listed?
This is of course very annoying! Fortunately, you can submit a request within the dashboard. We will then see what the possibilities are. Who knows, maybe the review party will be listed in the future!
