Want to invite your customers to leave a review in a personal way? At ValuedShops, you can fully customize your invitations to your liking. Add your own text, customize the subject line, and use your own email address as the sender. This ensures the invitation perfectly matches your online store.

Please note: personalizing review invitations is available to members with a Plus or Pro plan.

Make it even more personal

In addition to sending a reminder invitation, you can also include the customer’s name in the email and the subject line. Research shows that a subject line like “John, how would you rate your order at [your online store]?” generates a higher response rate than a generic invitation.

Thank your customers

You can also personalize the confirmation email sent after a review. Add a personal thank-you message and show your appreciation. It’s a small effort, but it helps build a positive customer relationship!

1. Log in to your ValuedShops Dashboard

2. Go to Reviews > Invitations > Settings

3. Customize your text, subject line, and sender information.
