Reviews One-click reviews
Did you know that with one-click reviews, customers can leave a review with just one click? Super convenient! All the details—such as the customer’s name, order number, and email address—are automatically pulled from your online store software. As soon as your customer receives an invitation, all they have to do is click on the desired number of stars. That click immediately counts as a review. This way, you can collect reviews in no time!
Why choose one-click reviews?
One-click reviews lower the barrier to leaving a review. The easier you make it, the more likely customers are to share their opinion. And that’s good for your credibility and conversion rates!
After that first click, the customer will still see the form to provide additional comments if they wish. In practice, many customers do end up doing this. You decide whether to enable this feature—simply through your ValuedShops dashboard.
Note: one-click reviews are available to members with a Plus or Pro package.
How does it work exactly?
• After making a purchase, your customer receives an invitation email containing the stars.
• If the customer clicks on one of the stars, the review is posted immediately.
• Afterward, they can add a comment to the review (optional).
Another great feature: as always, you can respond to the review—both publicly and privately. This helps keep the customer dialogue open and professional.
Note: no moderation without an explanation
Normally, you can submit a moderation request for a negative review. Unfortunately, this isn’t possible with a one-click review without an explanation. We always evaluate reviews based on their content. Without text, we can’t make a fair judgment—and therefore can’t remove a review—no matter how frustrating that might feel 😬
Good to know: only customers you’ve automatically invited can post a one-click review. This keeps the system reliable.
How to enable one-click reviews
1. Log in to dashboard.valuedshops.nl
2. Go to Reviews > Invitations > Settings
3. Scroll down and check the box next to " Enable one-click reviews "
