Distinguish your shop together with ValuedShops. There are different (external) sources for badges available and you can earn other badges. These badges cannot always be earned only at ValuedShops. Alternative sources include trustmarks whose standards we closely monitor. By doing this closely, we feel confident enough to release certain badges based on standards you've obtained from them. The review badge
A steady stream of positive reviews shows potential customers that your online store is trustworthy. By being a member of ValuedShops and having at least one review - collected through us - you receive this badge. With reviews you build trust.
How to earn the BASIC review badge?
By collecting reviews via ValuedShops:
- ValuedShops membership & at least 1 review.
How to earn the SUPER review badge?
By maintaining a high score:
- Membership at ValuedShops & at least 50 reviews from the past year with a 9 or higher.
The identity badge
Consumers want to know who they are buying from. This badge is therefore unlocked when all contact details are known, at ValuedShops data can be officially verified by mail, email and phone for the highest level of this badge.
How to earn the BASIC identity badge?
By checking the data of the merchant upon approval, via:

- Webshop Keurmark.
- SafeShops.be.
- BeCommerce.
- Trusted Shops.
How to earn the SUPER identity badge?
When the above endorsement was not older than one year ago, via:
- Thuiswinkel Organization.

When data is validated annually, via:
- ValuedShops (via validation in dashboard).
The dispute mediation badge
Problems or complaints sometimes need external mediation, in the worst cases sometimes a legal ruling from a dispute resolution board is needed. This badge shows that these cases have been made clearly available to consumers.

By offering dispute mediation, through:

Legislation in e-commerce changes quickly and continuously, knowing that a merchant knows and complies with these rules is important. Sources thoroughly inspect online stores to unlock this badge, a recent inspection is required for the highest level.

When using the Internet you run the risk of encountering malware or viruses. Webshops earn the badge by having their online store checked for this. An ongoing scan by ValuedShops will unlock the highest level badge.
How to earn the BASIS safe browsing badge?
By performing a safety check on your webshop, via:
- Thuiswinkel Organization (upon approval)
- BeCommerce (upon approval)
- Trust Guard security scan
- ValuedShops Malware & SSL check (done automatically)
How do you earn the SUPER safe browsing badge?
By having an ongoing security check on your website, via:
- Trust Guard security scan. In which the domain is checked at least once a week.

The heart for business badge
A good business owner pays attention to more things than just profits. They show they can be trusted. Webshops earn the badge when they sign a manifesto for good behavior in e-commerce.
