A trustmark and review system for your Shopware 6webshop? The module is available as a standard plug-in within Shopware and provides an easy integration of the WebwinkelKeur within your shop. This makes it very easy to integrate the innovative WebwinkelKeur sidebar into your Shopware store. This way you show reviews without the visitor having to leave your shop.

For PLUS members, the Shopware module takes care of automatically inviting customers to share a review. With each completed order, an invitation is automatically sent to the customer inviting him to share his experience. With reviews you increase the trust and conversion of your webshop.

Integration Shopware 6 module for WebwinkelKeur

Follow the steps below to install the WebwinkelKeur module with Shopware 6:

  1. Login within the WebwinkelKeur Dashboard, click on 'Installation' > 'Automatic reviews' and choose Shopware 6.
  2. Click on 'Download the Shopware 6 plug-in'. You will be redirected to a new page.
  3. On that page, under 'assets,' you will see three files. Choose the first file (this is the installation file for the Shopware plug-in).
  4. Login to Shopware to get into the back office of your shop.
  5. Click on 'Extensions' > 'My extensions'.
  6. There, click on the blue 'Upload extension' button.
  7. In the window that opens, search for the file you just downloaded. Select this file and click on 'Open'. The dashboard processes this and places the plug-in under 'My extensions'. This one is still listed as 'deactivated'. Click on the three dots in the last column and choose 'Install'. After the message that the installation was successful, activate the plug-in by clicking the slider next to 'deactivated'.
  8. Now that the plug-in is activated, you still need to set it up. Click the three dots again and choose the 'Configure' option.
  9. In the configuration screen, you need to enter the WebwinkelKeur ID and API key. You can find these in your WebwinkelKeur dashboard under 'Installation' > 'Shopware 6'.
  10. Enter these data in the appropriate fields in Shopware.
  11. Optional: activate the option 'Javascript integration' to show the WebwinkelKeur sidebar on your website.
  12. Scroll to the 'Invitations' section. Turn on automatic invitations by activating 'Enable WebwinkelKeur invitations'. Then set the delay between completing an order and sending the invitation. Choose a value that matches your delivery time (e.g. 2-3 days or longer if needed). Also select the desired language setting. If you choose 'Customer's Language', the customer's language is automatically detected. Multilingual invitations require a PRO package.

After completing these steps, the WebwinkelKeur plug-in is fully installed in your Shopware 6 webshop. The sidebar is visible and customers automatically receive invitations to leave a review after their order.

Quick and easy activation:

  1. Log in to your WebwinkelKeur dashboard.
  2. Go to 'Reviews' and select 'Product Reviews'.
  3. Click on 'Settings' and turn on the service.

After activation:

  1. Log in to your Shopware Dashboard.
  2. Go to 'Extensions' > 'My extensions'.
  3. Go to our Shopware app settings by clicking on the three dots behind the extension and then 'Configure'.
  4. Scroll down to 'Invitations' and enable 'Product reviews'.
  5. Your customers will now receive invitations to review your online store. After their review, they can also review their products. Verify in your WebwinkelKeur Dashboard > Invitations that everything is set up correctly and invitations are sent. Invitations are recognized by a gray shopping cart icon.

Boost your visibility with GTIN codes:

Use GTIN (Global Trade Item Number) to easily differentiate your products and increase your visibility in search engines such as Google. Add unique GTIN codes to each product:

- EAN (European Article Numbering): 8- or 13-digit bar code

- JAN (Japanese Article Numbering): 8- or 13-digit bar code

- UPC (Universal Product Code): 12-digit bar code

- ISBN (International Standard Book Numbering): 13-digit number

- IFT-14 (Interleaved Two of Five): 14-digit number

Simply add these codes in your Shopware dashboard under 'Catalogues' > 'Products' > select a product > at the bottom you will find the field for GTIN/EAN.
