A trustmark and review system for your Prestashopshop? The Prestashop module provides an easy integration with the WebwinkelKeur expressions within your shop. This makes it very easy to place the innovative WebwinkelKeur javascript integration into your Prestashop store. This way you show reviews without your visitor having to leave your web shop.

The Prestashop module takes care of automatically inviting customers to share a review. With each completed order, an invitation is automatically sent to the customer inviting him to share his experience. With reviews you increase the trust and conversion of your web shop.

Prestashop module integration for WebwinkelKeur
Follow the steps below to install the WebwinkelKeur module with Prestashop.
- Download the PrestaShop module.
- Upload the ZIP via Prestashop's online management interface, to do so click on 'Modules & Services' and choose 'Add module' in the upper right corner. Then upload the ZIP downloaded via WebwinkelKeur. We recommend making a backup of your shop before installation.
- The module can now be installed in the administration interface.
- Enter your webshop ID and API key and configure the module (these data can be found at the bottom of the banner material page).
- Test your shop well after installation and make sure there are no conflicts with other (javascript) codes. Place at least one test order to check it.
- Do you automatically send invitations? Check your WebwinkelKeur dashboard under "Manage Invitations" to see if there are any error messages and if invitations are sent correctly.
What should I do if the PrestaShop module does not send invitations?
You have the PrestaShop module installed, but no invitations are being sent. Check the points below:
Are there orders placed after installing the module that now have a status that has the attribute "Sent"?
The module only sends invitations once orders have been sent. In PrestaShop, that means that orders must have a status that has the checkmark "Sent" ("Shipped") checked in the status settings. The module only sends invitations for orders placed after the module has been installed.
Are there error messages under the module settings?
If there are problems sending invitations, errors should be shown under the form where the module is set up. Usually these errors are related to an incorrect web store ID or API key.
Is the module trying to send invitations at all?
Ask your web builder to check if in the MySQL table 'orders' there are lines with the field webshop_invites_sent = 0 and webshop_invites_tries = 0. This can be done with this SQL query:
SELECT * FROM orders WHERE COALESCE(webshopkeur_invite_sent, 0) = 0 AND COALESCE(webshopkeur_invite_tries, 0) = 0
If rows are found, it means that for some reason the process that sends invitations is not being started. Probably there is a bug in the module. Please contact our customer support about that.

Enable product reviews for Prestashop
Follow the steps below to install the WebwinkelKeur module on Prestashop.
- Login to your dashboard
- Click on Reviews, Product Reviews, Settings and then on the Enable Product Reviews button.
- Login to your Prestashop environment
- Click on Modules, Module catalog and locate and install the Productcomments module.
- Click on Modules, Module manager and click the Configure button behind the WebwinkelKeur module.
- Check the 'Synchronize product reviews with PrestaShop' box, change the order number to the last order number and click Save.
