How do I know if an online store is really affiliated with WebwinkelKeur?

It sometimes happens that webshops falsely display a seal of approval. We advise you not to do business with these webshops. Additionally, a valid WebwinkelKeur seal is often clickable. After clicking, a pop-up appears in which, among other things, the certainties and badges & reviews can be read.

In this pop-up you can not only read experiences, but you can also post your own experience with the store, submit a complaint about the store or go to the member page.

What does the WebwinkelKeur seal of approval mean?

Based on these assessments we can determine the quality of the company and identify problems at an early stage. The seal of approval is therefore not a guarantee, but an additional means to check the reliability of the online store. Always check yourself whether the online store can be trusted and report any doubts. That way we can intervene early if necessary.

I ordered a product, but am having trouble getting in touch with the retailer.
Very annoying! For various reasons, communication sometimes does not go smoothly. In many cases we are able to mediate. However, we ask you to do your best to find a solution together. Therefore, always try to contact us in different ways first (e-mail, phone, etc.) If contact remains poor, feel free to contact us.   1. You have confirmed your customer experience by clicking on the confirmation link in the email sent to you after posting your experience. Did you receive an invitation to post a review? Then this step is not necessary.
  2. Your review will in some cases be reviewed by us before posting. This takes a maximum of two working days.
  3. After this period, the review is simply posted publicly online.
  4. When a member has requested a moderation, the review is temporarily quarantined.
So have you posted + confirmed a review, but after some time it is still not visible? Please contact us if the above explanation is not sufficient.
How can a customer edit his/her review?
How can a customer modify his or her review? The customer has posted a review, but still indicates that the review should be modified. So how can a customer do this? Very easy! Below we explain the possibilities for you. The moment the customer has placed a review, the customer receives an email to verify the review. In this email is a link to view the placed review and the review can also be modified via this link! As a web store, you can send a modification link within your dashboard via private message. The moment you send a private message through your dashboard, the customer automatically receives a customization link. To send a private message, log in to your WebwinkelKeur Dashboard > reviews > shop reviews > find the review in question > click on the speech bubble > write your message to the customer > choose reply private > reply and next.Please note that the customer details are automatically included in the review. Thus, the name known with the order is forwarded to us and adopted. Many customers do not realize while leaving a review that the name can be changed immediately. Not to worry, even after placing the review it can still be changed! It would be unfortunate if the customer wants the review removed, because the customer does not want to be mentioned by name.
