ShopFactory installation instructions for automatic review requests


Follow the steps below to install the WebwinkelKeur app within ShopFactory.



  1. Login to your ShopFactory webshop.

  2. Go to 'Central' > 'App Store' and install the 'WebwinkelKeur' app.

  3. Go to 'My Apps' and click on 'Settings' near the WebwinkelKeur app.

  4. Enter your User ID and API password. These data can be found after logging into your WebwinkelKeur account under 'Installation' > 'Wizard'. Do you have multiple webshops in your WebwinkelKeur account? Then first choose the correct webshop in the upper left corner.

  5. At 'Delay in days' you can set how many days after sending the order the invitation for a review will be sent.

  6. The WebwinkelKeur link is now ready. It is recommended to make a test purchase and check for errors.
