After activation: Log in to your Shopware Dashboard. Go to 'Extensions' > 'My extensions'. Go to our Shopware app settings by clicking on the three dots behind the extension and then 'Configure'. Scroll down to 'Invitations' and enable 'Product reviews'. Your customers will now receive invitations to review your online store. After their review, they can also review their products. Integration of Shopware 6 module for WebwinkelKeur Follow the steps below to install the WebwinkelKeur module in Shopware 6: Log in to the WebwinkelKeur Dashboard, click on 'Installation' > 'Automatic reviews' and select Shopware 6. Click on 'Download the Shopware 6 plug-in'. You will be redirected to a new page. On that page, you will see three files under 'assets'. Select the first file (this is the installation file for the Shopware plug-in). Log in to Shopware to access the back office of your webshop. Click on 'Extensions' > 'My extensions'. There, click on the blue 'Upload extension' button. In the window that opens, locate the file you just downloaded. Select this file and click on 'Open'. The dashboard will process this and place the plug-in under 'My extensions'. It will still be listed as 'deactivated'. Click on the three dots in the last column and select 'Install'. After the message that the installation was successful, activate the plug-in by clicking on the slider next to 'deactivated'. Now that the plug-in is activated, you still need to configure it. Click on the three dots again and select the 'Configure' option. In the configuration screen, you need to enter the WebwinkelKeur ID and the API key. You can find these in your WebwinkelKeur dashboard under 'Installation' > 'Shopware 6'. Enter this information in the relevant fields in Shopware. Optional: activate the 'Javascript integration' option to display the WebwinkelKeur sidebar on your website. Scroll to the 'Invitations' section. Enable automatic invitations by activating 'Enable WebwinkelKeur invitations'. Then set the delay between completing an order and sending the invitation. Choose a value that matches your delivery time (e.g., 2-3 days or longer if necessary). Also select the desired language setting. If you choose 'Customer's Language', the customer's language will be detected automatically. After completing these steps, the WebwinkelKeur plug-in is fully installed in your Shopware 6 webshop. The sidebar is visible and customers automatically receive invitations to leave a review after their order.

This will also display the stars on the catalog pages. From now on, your customers will receive an invitation to review your online store. After they have reviewed your online store, they will also be given the option to review your products. To check whether everything is set up correctly and invitations are being sent with the option to leave a product review, log in to your WWK Dashboard > Invitations. The correct Schema.org markup is also automatically applied so that you can claim the yellow stars in the organic search results. Adding GTIN codes for Google: GTIN, or Global Trade Item Number, ensures that products can be easily distinguished from one another. By giving each product a unique GTIN code, it becomes easy for search engines such as Google to find the products. There are different types of GTIN codes: • EAN | European Article Numbering | 8- or 13-digit barcode • JAN | Japanese Article Numbering | 8- or 13-digit barcode • UPC | Universal Product Code | 12-digit barcode • ISBN | International Standard Book Numbering | 13-digit number • IFT-14 | Interleaved Two of Five | 14-digit number You can add these codes in Shopify by logging into your Shopify dashboard > Products > Select product > Inventory.

Below we explain the possibilities for you. The moment the customer has placed a review, the customer receives an email to verify the review. In this email is a link to view the placed review and the review can also be modified via this link! As a web store, you can send a modification link within your dashboard via private message. The moment you send a private message through your dashboard, the customer automatically receives a customization link. To send a private message, log in to your WebwinkelKeur Dashboard > reviews > shop reviews > find the review in question > click on the speech bubble > write your message to the customer > choose reply private > reply and next.Please note that the customer details are automatically included in the review. Thus, the name known with the order is forwarded to us and adopted. Many customers do not realize while leaving a review that the name can be changed immediately. Not to worry, even after placing the review it can still be changed! It would be unfortunate if the customer wants the review removed, because the customer does not want to be mentioned by name.

Integration Wix module for WebwinkelKeur Follow the steps below to link the Wix module with WebwinkelKeur: Log in to the WebwinkelKeur Dashboard installation page. Choose Wix as the software and follow the link under step 1. Click on 'Add to Site. Click on 'Agree & Add'. Select the web store and specify at which order status invitations should be created. Select the number of days after which the invitation should be sent. This is the number of days after the order is placed. We recommend that this period is always longer than your delivery time. If your delivery time is 3 days, set the invitation after 5 days, for example. This way you can be sure that the customer already has the order. Click on 'Save'. The link is now active. When our sidebar or widget are visible there, it doesn't mean that this slows down the loading of the site. That's because our sidebar and widget load asynchronously. That means that the loading happens "in the background" while the loading of the rest of your website continues. If you do have a measurement that really shows that your site is slowed down by our integrations, we would like to hear from you. In that case, please include a link to the measurement.
