How does ValuedShops verify a webshop?
Before a webshop receives our seal of approval, we verify the identity of the company and check that the webshop contains all legally required information - such as a correct colophon, privacy policy, right of withdrawal and other mandatory legal information. Only those that meet these requirements are certified.
How do you make sure reviews are real?
We use a closed review system: only customers with an actual order and a valid order number can post a review. Noticeable patterns are automatically flagged and checked manually if necessary.
What happens if there are problems with a webshop?
In case of conflicts or communication problems, we mediate between consumer and webshop, if desired. Our goal is a fair solution - quick, neutral and transparent.
What does ValuedShops cost consumers?
For you as a consumer, ValuedShops is completely free - both reading and writing reviews and checking a webshop via our site. The costs for membership are borne entirely by the member webshops for the use of our review platform.
