Nowadays, consumers orient themselves on multiple platforms before making a purchase decision. Therefore, it is essential to collect reviews on multiple places, such as WebwinkelKeur, Google, Trustpilot and Facebook. With WebwinkelKeur's Multi-platform Review Requests, you easily invite your customers to leave a review on the platform of your choice.

What are Multi-platform Review Requests?

Multi-platform Review Requests allow PRO members to set what percentage of their post-order review requests will be forwarded to external platforms, such as Google, Facebook, Trustpilot and Kiyoh. A maximum of 50% of review requests may be sent to platforms other than WebwinkelKeur. The other 50% will continue to go automatically to WebwinkelKeur.

This way you maintain a strong reputation in multiple places and deliberately send satisfied customers to the platform where you need more visibility or improvement.

Why is this important?

Let's say: you've gotten a few negative reviews on Google. That's a shame, because your average score is dropping. With Multi-platform Review Requests, you can temporarily send a larger portion of your requests to Google so that satisfied customers can leave positive feedback there. This is how you restore your balance and reputation. Also useful if you want more visibility on Facebook or Trustpilot, for example.

How does it work?

The Multi-platform Review Requests feature is available to PRO pack members. You can find the settings in your dashboard under:

'Invitations > Settings > Multi-Platform'.

Here you choose which platforms you want to activate and what percentage of your review requests go there. The invitations are then automatically sent to your chosen platforms. Convenient and time-saving!

Good to know: a maximum of 50% of the requests can be sent to external platforms. At least 50% will always go to WebwinkelKeur.

All your reviews in one place?

Good question: you can also just show all your reviews from different platforms on your WebwinkelKeur member page. So you have one central place where your potential customers can read all the feedback. For this you do not need a PRO pack. This feature is included in every package.

Getting Started

Want to use Multi-platform Review Requests?
Upgrade to the PRO-package via your dashboard.

After activation, simply set everything up via 'Invitations > Settings > Multi-Platform'. Want to switch from another review provider and take your reviews with you? In many cases this is possible, we even offer a transfer service!
