Product reviews now also available for Lightspeed!

Following the successful launch of the product reviews plugin for WooCommerce, we would like to expand this feature. To this end, we conducted a poll among our members at the end of 2020. We want to know what our members need, and we are committed to helping their online stores flourish. We asked our members which online store software they would most like to have product reviews for. The clear winner of the poll was Lightspeed, and our plugin is now live! 

What is the added value of product reviews? 

The average consumer attaches great importance to the reviews of previous customers. Currently, your customers can rate the ordering process, customer service, product range, and shipping time. This gives a relatively good picture of your online store, but says little to nothing about the product to be purchased. Ultimately, consumers are concerned with their satisfaction with their purchase. Because no one wants to make a bad purchase, comparison websites are used intensively every day.

• By activating product reviews, you give your customers the opportunity to dispel any doubts they may have about the product. This means you spend much less time processing returns.
• After all, product reviews are the best form of advertising: word-of-mouth advertising.
• In addition to this form of unpaid advertising, your product pages can be displayed with stars in the unpaid Google results.
• You can even go one step further and advertise your products in Google Shopping and forward the collected product reviews to Google Merchant Center via a feed.
• We have ensured that your customers do not receive too many emails. We send the product review invitation in the same email that asks for a review of your online store.

Product reviews is an additional service that you can activate for $9.95 excluding VAT via your WebwinkelKeur Dashboard . After logging in, go to Reviews > Product reviews and click on Activate.
