Avoid a fragmented view of your webshop with this feature!
As a merchant you probably do everything possible to collect - good - reviews and build a reliable reputation. As a trustmark and review party we try to make this process as easy and smooth as possible for our members. However, you will have noticed that you have to deal with - often bad - reviews posted on external platforms. Time-consuming and frustrating to keep track of it all! To prevent a fragmented picture of your reputation, we have therefore come up with a new feature: Multi-platform Review Requests.
An honest picture of your shop on various platforms
Reviews are the voice of your customers. Valuable content to win over potential customers and improve your services. As you may have noticed, one review is not like another. That's not such a bad thing, as you can learn from them and improve your services or products. But if the reviews are placed on multiple platforms, you get a fragmented picture of your shop and it becomes difficult to maintain. Imagine that all satisfied customers post a review at party A and all dissatisfied customers post a review at party B. Potential customers who then search for your company will see different scores at various review parties. Super confusing! Who should they believe? In no time they will have clicked away and look elsewhere. We want to offer our members the opportunity to balance these discrepancies so that on multiple platforms a correct and reasonable picture is given of who you are. That's why we are introducing our new feature: Multi-platform Review Requests!
How do Multi-platform Review Requests work?
ValuedShops' new feature allows you to redirect a percentage of the review requests you send to an external source. Normally, with review requests you ask the customer to post a review at ValuedShops. With Multi-platform Review Requests you get the opportunity to send some of your customers review requests that refer to external platforms. This way you actively collectreviews for multiple platforms from one environment!

How to use Multi-platform Review Requests?
When you want to use Multi-platform Review Requests, you need to connect the desired external platforms to your WebwinkelKeur account. For example, if Google is a desired external source, you can redirect 50% of the sent review requests to Google. That way you actively collect reviews on that platform and still on ValuedShops. This new feature can be used with all packages.
Reviews on multiple platforms and still everything in one place
With our new feature you ensure that external platforms show the same reputation of your shop. Only you get that your reviews are scattered, while you want to show that you have achieved so many great reviews in total! We wouldn't be ValuedShops if we didn't think of that. If you have reviews elsewhere, you can link them through ValuedShops as an external source, so your prospects can see your reviews and average score in one central place. That gives confidence! All in all, a lot of extra value when you link your external review scores to ValuedShops. It will make managing reviews a lot easier!
