WebwinkelKeur is all about collaboration, commitment and a close-knit team. But who are the people behind the scenes? Every other month we put a colleague in the spotlight, and this time it's Marc! From his favorite leisure activity to a surprising fact-you'll get to know him better. Wondering what you can wake him up in the middle of the night for and what he would change if he was in charge for a day? Read on quickly! If you were a city, which city would you be and why? Berlin. This city combines a rich history with a modern and dynamic feel. That contrast attracts me immensely. It feels like a place that is always changing.

What is your highlight of your time at WebwinkelKeur?

The trip to visit our colleagues in Sofia in April 2024 is right at the top of the list. Together with the Dutch team we not only had a lot of fun there, but also worked on team building. Think of a scavenger hunt, cozy dinners, and of course productive sessions. That was an experience never to forget! It really strengthened the bond with colleagues.

What do you enjoy doing most in your free time?

I enjoy watching movies and series, traveling and reading. Those things help me relax and give me new ideas and inspiration.

What is a fun fact about you that almost no one knows?

A fun fact about me is that I find politics very interesting. I like to follow debates and delve into policy issues and how different governments work.

What do you look forward to most at the beginning of your workday?

The contact with colleagues and our members. Working together and solving problems always give me great satisfaction. I get energy from the feeling that we are really accomplishing something together.

What would you change if you were the boss of WebwinkelKeur for one day?

I would organize a monthly team-building activity. That seems like a great way to get to know each other better and strengthen team spirit. Whether it's a sports event or a creative workshop, doing activities together gives a positive impulse.

What is your favorite tool from WebwinkelKeur?

The Privacy Policy Generator! This tool makes it easy for our members to create a legally accurate privacy policy. It's a huge time saver and ensures our members are AVG compliant. This allows them to focus on what really matters: business.

What can we wake you up at night for?

Only for an emergency or to help someone in need. Otherwise, I'd rather sleep through! A good night's sleep keeps me sharp for the day ahead.
