B2B or H2H?
We are often asked whether WebwinkelKeur is also suitable for B2B webshops. For those wondering what B2B is, it stands for business-to-business, i.e. sales to companies, as opposed to B2C (business-to-consumer), which refers to sales to consumers.
B2B is people work
The short answer is yes. We are very capable of distinguishing the legal differences between B2B and B2C. However, that is not the main reason why we are suitable as a B2B quality mark. More importantly, people also make the decisions in B2B sales. Nowadays, business purchases are often made by Googling and finding a suitable supplier. As with sales to consumers, first impressions matter. These business decision-makers are just as interested in the reliability of your company. A quality mark is just as valuable in this respect.
Customer reviews & B2B
I often hear that a company "is not interested in customer reviews because they only sell to businesses." Personally, I cannot reconcile these two statements. Why would a business customer not fill out a review, and why would I not consult reviews when I am looking for a business? In my opinion, customer reviews are just as important for B2B.
B2B is also H2H
When it comes to online sales, don't think in terms of business-to-business, but human-to-human. Business sales are also people work, perhaps even more so than B2C. In business, I attach even more importance to building a (working) relationship with suppliers than I do as a consumer. In addition to membership of a quality mark or collecting customer reviews, I also recommend that you, as a business seller, emphasize the person. After all, companies don't make decisions, people do. [caption id="attachment_63854" align="aligncenter" width="640"]
