Is Hippe Girls trustworthy? Reviews and trustmark

One pair of earrings was delivered too few. There was no response to calls and messages. At the end of the day, I emailed and received a response later. The missing pair was delivered the next day along with a bottle of disinfectant. It's a pity that I didn't receive the 2 requested pink bags because there was only 1 nice bag for 3 pairs of earrings. And for 3 girls, that's not divisible. But well, I'm happy with the earrings, they are very nice.

Hi Yvonne, Thank you for your review! ❤️ How nice that you are happy with the earrings! Of course, we are sorry that a pair was missing from your order. Fortunately, we were able to resolve this immediately after your email and sent the missing earrings along with a bottle of Antisept. We try to respond as quickly as possible through all channels, with email taking priority. When messages come in through different channels, it can unfortunately happen that additional information does not come together immediately. For example, we only saw your request via WhatsApp for two extra pink bags later, by which time your package had already been sent. The luxury pink bag with your first order was added as a gift. As standard, we use tulle bags, and the luxury gift bags are available separately in our webshop. We did not know that the earrings were intended for three different girls; otherwise, we would have packaged the earrings in three black tulle bags. What was meant as a sweet extra has now caused disappointment. We find that extremely unfortunate. We will certainly take your feedback into account to improve our communication in this regard. Have a lot of fun with the beautiful earrings! ❤️ Kind regards, Gwen

Lieve groet, Gwen

Good morning, What a shame to hear that you found our emails annoying. We checked and see that you signed up for our newsletter in exchange for a 10% welcome discount. You opened this email quickly and also used the discount right away with your order. In the ten days that followed, you received two more emails from us: a thank you for your order and a follow-up email after ten days. Of course, we understand that not everyone appreciates extra emails. Therefore, you can easily unsubscribe at any time via the unsubscribe link at the bottom of our emails. What we find very unfortunate is that our webshop is rated with one star because of this. We packed your order with love and shipped it right away, so you had the nice earrings at home the next day. We do our utmost every day to make our customers happy with beautiful products and a nice, fast service. Of course, we respect your opinion, but we sincerely regret that this experience with our emails seems to weigh more heavily than the order and our service. Kind regards, Team Hippe Girls ❤️
