I ordered a limited edition helmet (162/256). It looked amazing, but had a small manufacturing issue inside (misaligned foam).
What followed exceeded all expectations. The seller immediately apologized and arranged a replacement without hesitation. Within hours I received return instructions, shipping confirmation, and even a DPD notification that the new helmet was already on the way – before I sent back the original.
