Manually sending review invitations
You just started using our review platform, and of course you would like to get off to a flying start with some great reviews. Within WebwinkelKeur it is possible to send your old customers of 1 to 2 months old an invitation, so they can still leave a review. Curious how? Then read on quickly!
Who are you going to invite?
If you have just started collecting reviews, but your web store has existed for some time, you also have the option to send your old customers a review invitation. That way you can get off to a splashy start with your average rating! We recommend inviting customers who placed an order with you a month ago, or at least not older than two months.
It is important to note that manual review invitations are not verified by WebwinkelKeur. This is because we cannot verify if it was a real customer of yours. Now it may happen that you only work with quotations and this is the only possibility you have to collect reviews. Then of course this is a super nice option!
How do I send a manual review invitation?
To send a manual review invitation, log in to your WebwinkelKeur Dashboard. Within your dashboard, go to reviews > invitations > send invitation.
Once you have clicked send invitation, you will be taken to the next page:
You then have the choice to send it manually or via a CSV import.
If you choose to send review invitations manually, on the above page you will enter all the details of the customer. You can even choose how many days it takes for the review to be sent by setting the delay.
If you set the delay to 0 days, it happens that it is still in your dashboard for a while under the heading planned. Not to worry, the reviews really will be sent the same day!

Sending manual review invitations via a CSV import
To send manual review invitations via a CSV file, it is important that you create a file with the following information:
- Email, Order number, Language, Name (optional), Delay in days (optional).
Once you have created this file, we always recommend checking everything carefully. If there is 1 mistake, it may not be imported. Once you are sure the file is correct, you can import it. Don't forget to set the delay if you want to apply a delay to the invitations.
Once you've entered everything, hit "import invitations.
Tip: Always respond to reviews
Do you receive a review? Then we recommend that you always leave a short comment via our Dashboard. You can do this by going to Reviews > Shop Reviews and clicking on the cloud to the right of the review in question. This can be done publicly or privately. We advise you to thank customers for sharing their reviews in a public comment, as your potential customers will also read it. And this might just make the hesitant customer decide to order 😉 If you only want to send the customer a message, you can do so by choosing private.
