Reviews One-click reviews
Did you know that customers can leave a review with just one click using one-click reviews? Super convenient! All data—such as customer name, order number, and email address—is automatically transferred from your online store software. As soon as your customer receives an invitation, all they have to do is click on the desired number of stars. That click immediately counts as a review. This allows you to collect reviews in no time!
Why choose one-click reviews?
One-click reviews lower the threshold for reviewing. The easier you make it, the more likely customers are to leave their opinion. And that's good for your reliability and conversion!
After that first click, the customer will still see the form to provide any additional comments. In practice, many customers still do this. You can choose whether to enable this feature yourself – simply via your WebwinkelKeur dashboard.
How does it work exactly?
• After their purchase, your customer will receive an invitation email containing the stars.
• If the customer clicks on one of the stars, the review is posted immediately.
• They can then add an explanation to the review (optional).
Another nice feature: as always, you can respond to the review – either publicly or privately. This allows you to keep the customer dialogue open and professional.
Please note: no moderation without explanation
Normally, you can submit a moderation request for a negative review. Unfortunately, this is not possible for a one-click review without an explanation. We always assess reviews based on their content. Without text, we cannot make a fair judgment and therefore cannot remove a review – no matter how painful that may be 😬
Good to know: only customers who have been automatically invited by you can post a one-click review. This keeps the system reliable.
How to activate one-click reviews
1. Log in to dashboard.webwinkelkeur.nl
2. Go to Reviews > Invitations > Settings
3. Scroll down and check the option Activate one-click reviews
