Need more invites?

Would you like to send more invites per month than are included in your package? Then you can easily enable extra review invites in your dashboard or upgrade to a higher package.

Need more review requests per month?

You can find the following packages and extensions in your dashboard:

Displayed prices are per month and exclude VAT. Payment is per year or quarter. With quarterly payment there will be a surcharge of € 9 per quarter as with the normal rates.

Additional shops

You work with one account to which you can link one or more webshops. For additional web stores we work with fixed price steps per 5 web stores.

The first 5 web stores are included in the price of your package. After that you pay an additional € 10 per month excluding VAT for each additional group of 5 web stores.

It makes no difference whether the additional web store falls under the same or a different Chamber of Commerce number. You can therefore manage several companies, labels or web shops under one account.

How does this work in practice?

You choose one package for your account: Start, Plus or Pro. Within that package you can link up to 5 webshops without any additional costs for webshops. If you add more web stores, there will be an additional charge of € 10 per month for each additional group of 5 web stores.

Example

You have a Plus plan with 8 web stores. The first 5 webshops are included in your package. For web store 6 to 10 you pay € 10,- per month extra on top of the price of the chosen package.

Separate reviews per web store

Although you manage multiple online stores within one account, each store collects its own reviews. Reviews are therefore always linked to the correct web store and not mixed together.

This means that:

• Each webshop has its own member profile
• Each store has its own review page and hallmark verification
• Reviews are always visible at the right webshop

Visitors only see reviews that belong to the specific web store they are on. You can find more explanation on the member page

Review invitations apply to all web stores together

The number of review invitations belonging to your package applies to the whole account together. The invitations are not allocated to each web store separately, but shared by all web stores within the account.

Calculation examples

Scenario 1.
You have a Plus package with 150 invitations per month and 3 web stores:

• Webshop A: 50 invitations
• Store B: 60 invitations
• Webshop C: 40 invitations

Total: 150 invitations. This is within the package.

Scenario 2
You have a Plus package with 150 invitations per month and 2 web stores:

• Webshop A: 120 invitations
• Webshop B: 40 invitations

Total: 160 invitations. This is outside the package. Invitations outside the limit will not be sent. You can upgrade the package and resend it, or wait until the beginning of the next month. Then the limit will be reset.

Fair use limits.

The fair use limits for moderation requests and disputes work the same way as the limits for review invitations. These limits also apply to all merchants within the account combined.
