Integration Shopware 6 module for WebwinkelKeur



Follow the steps below to install the WebwinkelKeur module with Shopware 6:



  1. Login within the WebwinkelKeur Dashboard, click on 'Installation' > 'Automatic reviews' and choose Shopware 6.

  2. Click on 'Download the Shopware 6 plug-in'. You will be redirected to a new page.

  3. On that page, under 'assets,' you will see three files. Choose the first file (this is the installation file for the Shopware plug-in).

  4. Login to Shopware to get into the back office of your shop.

  5. Click on 'Extensions' > 'My extensions'.

  6. There, click on the blue 'Upload extension' button.

  7. In the window that opens, search for the file you just downloaded. Select this file and click on 'Open'. The dashboard processes this and places the plug-in under 'My extensions'. This one is still listed as 'deactivated'. Click on the three dots in the last column and choose 'Install'. After the message that the installation was successful, activate the plug-in by clicking the slider next to 'deactivated'.

  8. Now that the plug-in is activated, you still need to set it up. Click the three dots again and choose the 'Configure' option.

  9. In the configuration screen, you need to enter the WebwinkelKeur ID and API key. You can find these in your WebwinkelKeur dashboard under 'Installation' > 'Shopware 6'.

  10. Enter these data in the appropriate fields in Shopware.

  11. Optional: activate the option 'Javascript integration' to show the WebwinkelKeur sidebar on your website.

  12. Scroll to the 'Invitations' section. Turn on automatic invitations by activating 'Enable WebwinkelKeur invitations'. Then set the delay between completing an order and sending the invitation. Choose a value that matches your delivery time (e.g. 2-3 days or longer if needed). Also select the desired language setting. If you choose 'Customer's Language', the customer's language is automatically detected. Multilingual invitations require a PRO package.


After completing these steps, the WebwinkelKeur plug-in is fully installed in your Shopware 6 webshop. The sidebar is visible and customers automatically receive invitations to leave a review after their order.
