Rich-Snippet stars are the stars in Google's organic search results (i.e. not the stars in Google Ads (formerly Adwords)). The rich snippet stars are primarily intended to display, for example, product reviews in the search results in order to enrich the search results with other information. However, they can also be used to provide the front page of your web shop with stars in the search results. This is however at your own risk, Google's policy regarding the use of Rich-Snippets may change in the future. Using Rich-Snippets through Shoppagina is easy to arrange. First of all, the Shoppaginalinkneeds to be activated. After activating the link, the rich snippet code is easy to place using the following steps:Step 1:Login to your Shoppagina webshop. Click on 'Edit Webshop'.Step 2:Now go to 'Manage Pages' at the top (left menu) and choose 'Page overview'.Step 3:Click on 'Edit Webshop' at the page.Step 4:Determine the place where you want to place the rich snippet, for example, the 'Page footer'.Step 5:Under 'External link', choose the 'WebwinkelKeur Rich Snippet' option. Google then decides whether the stars will be displayed in the search results. This takes at least a few days, because Google has to index your online store.
