Very poor service. There is hardly any consideration, and you get the feeling that you are not taken seriously as a customer. Responses are late or unclear, which means you ultimately have to follow up on everything yourself. Solving a problem does not seem to be a priority. Not recommended for me.

Unfortunately, I am not satisfied with my experience with this company. The communication was difficult and I received late or insufficiently clear answers to my questions. I also expected more from the service and the way my problem was handled. In the end, I did not feel taken seriously as a customer. For me, this has not been a positive experience and I would not quickly order here again.
Good product, but not exactly what I expected. The quality is decent and the delivery was on time, but the communication could have been clearer. I also found the price a bit on the high side for what you get. All in all, not bad, but there is definitely room for improvement.
