WebwinkelKeur is completely independent. Our goal is to make e-commerce safer. We do not ask our members a high fee as we want all webshops to be able to join our cause. We are the point of contact for both the webshop and the customer.
Mediation at disputes
Do you end up in conflict with one of our members? We will help you both to get to quick solution with our free mediation. If that shows to be impossible you have the opportunity to submit the dispute to DigiDispuut which can provide a binding verdict.
