Raveg hairstyling

Very poor service. They promise everything on the website that is not delivered. Not good or not satisfied = NO money back!!! You are constantly kept on the line with responses like "we are working on it," "processing time takes at least 2 weeks," and then they say that the product was returned in unsellable condition?!? This, by the way, only happens long after they have received the item. Everything was returned in perfect/new condition; moreover, I took photos and everything was in the original packaging and shipping materials. In short, from the many responses, it appears that either the product is not delivered or after a return, you do not get your money back. One word: fraud! Legal action has been initiated. Update: Eventually, a few days after this review, they did respond to the right to return and refund. Unfortunately, this was after a long process of emailing and frustration. There is certainly still a lot to improve.

After almost 2 weeks, I still haven't received anything! They claim that the item has been shipped, but the tracking information shows that it still needs to be packed. I will be taking action through the police tomorrow. It's a scam!

The delivery took a very long time, but I eventually received the hairdryer.

I am being asked for a review because I should have received the hairdryer by now. So, not. No further response. Just that it is on its way. I thought I had ordered from a good company. So again, not. Grrrrrr.

Very happy with the Raveg hairstyler, it works easily and gives a beautiful effect.
