    I want to praise Protectstore for owning their mistake and fixing it. I ordered my 7yo son some boots for Christmas. The delivery was much faster than I anticipated. However, when they arrived they were sized for a toddler. Protectstore was easy to get in touch with. They apologized for the mistake and gave me a full refund. I really appreciate their customer service. I regret we did not get the boots we wanted. Nonetheless, I have an overall positive feeling about this company and wanted to share that.
