Otaku Square is where you can buy with confidence. The staff was very responsive, even during the COVID-19 situation. Though it took longer than usual to arrive due to the pandemic, the customer service has kept me well informed and responded to my additional request in a timely manner. The packaging was also outstanding - shipped with comprehensive air cushion protection. Very pleased, keep it up!

The prices are ok, but the customer service is nothing sort of outstanding! When the parcel reached Greece for the first time, it was sent straight back to Netherlands without any explanation. The folks at Otaku Square then re-sent the parcel using UPS at no additional cost and I received it the next day! Seriously, I believe 5 stars is not enough. They have just earned a new loyal customer.

They were excellent at communication both personal and on forums. Once my order was shipped it arrived within the week in the U.S.
