After a month, the order has still not been received. I am not getting any updates, and when I ask for a response via email, I only get back that they do not have tracking information yet and will send it within a day (unfortunately, without doing so). I am now trying to cancel my order and get my money back.

The power bank arrived broken. I reported this both via WhatsApp and email. I have not received any responses, and we are still left with a broken power bank.
