Ordered a week ago, still not at home. After contacting them twice, the product is being sent, and halfway canceled. After contacting them again, they let us know they are bummed and will send it again, but to date, nothing has been received, no tracking and tracing, and no communication from ecosave. I'll contact them again on Monday, hopefully, it will be resolved and we will get it soon, we actually needed it quickly...

The order finally arrived 1.5 months later, and I had to email multiple times until I received the correct information about when it would arrive.

There was good thought put into it. Fast delivery.

In itself a product with potential, but the company will have to make more effort to provide faster and better service. Our maxi boat toilet was delivered defective (poorly packaged), Fan was incorrectly connected, Connection cable for connection to 12v installation was missing, Assembly instructions were not correct, Hose clamps in the urine tank are not made of stainless steel, so now they are rotten, Emails are read sparingly, a week is common, Have asked 3 times for information about an offered carbon filter, question is ignored. Bags ordered, after 4 emails (= 4 weeks) received the wrong bags.

Ordered and paid on May 27. Received on June 23. Delivery could be better. Nice product.
