    I ordered an eyebrow dye there a few days ago. Unfortunately, it was not mentioned in the product description that I also needed to order a different cream (a Developer Cream) along with it. This information was only in the instructions on the packaging of the dye itself. I found it unfair to have to order that Developer Cream as well and pay shipping costs again! When I contacted their "customer service," I encountered a chatbot that immediately said they couldn't help with the shipping costs (before I could finish my sentence).
