Motor ordered, but upon receipt, our motor worked flawlessly again without any modifications. Even after almost 14 days. That was the period within which the ordered motor could be returned. Had some email contact with Tromm and explained the situation. Extension of the return period to a month was no problem. The old motor still worked flawlessly after a month, so the new one was returned according to the instructions. The money was quickly back in our account. Great service.
