    I ordered the SimLab GT1 Evo 4 weeks ago and have not received it yet. At that time the rig was still in stock. A week later I received a mail that my order will be shipped next week. Since nothing has happened then, I wrote a mail to customer support, without success.

    Last week I used the live customer chat where I was told that there were problems with the vendor. I was understanding of this, even though it had been 3 weeks since I placed my order. 1 day later I got a message that my order will finally be shipped on Thursday. I still have not received a shipping confirmation or my order!

    Was looking for a GT1 EVO rig. Was out of stock everywhere, then I found it at Simplace not only in stock but cheaper than everywhere else.     I'm really happy with the service Simplace provides! Noah helped me answering all of my qeustions which made me reassure to purchase my steering wheel here. Delivery took 7 days which was oké for me, I was kept up to date on when my order would be shipped.

    Simplace has a good selection of products with good pricing, but customer service has not really been helpful with their answers or have answered at all.

    My delivery has not been sent on time and customer service is not able to tell when my order would be shipped exactly. Shipping to my country is expensive, but still took most expensive priority shipping, but it doesn't do much good if the shipment is not sent at all.

    First of all, I am very sorry to hear that you had a bad experience with our customer service.
    However, after investigating your case, we noticed that we haven't received any questions from your side regarding your order. As stated on our website "Dispatch times vary from 1 business day to a maximum of 5 business days, depending on the amount of orders we receive. Shipping time is 3-5 business days within EU and 5-7 business days outside EU"

    I understand you would like to receive your order as soon as possible, however due to high demand in sim racing gear nowadays, we and our vendors can not guarantee the fast dispatch times like we had before.

    Regarding the shipment of your order, both items will be shipped before the end of this week.

    Pre-ordered the Sim-Lab wheel stand, Simplace notified me that the wheel stand would be shipped the 2nd week of January. Simplace kept their promises and shipping was fast.
