    One of the products arrived damaged. There was little protective packaging so the shoe cream transferred to other items in the box. Luckily I was able to salvage those items, but the shoe cream is unusable. I contacted the shop straightaway and my email has not been acknowledged nor responded to. This was the first time I placed an order with this company and I doubt I will again until deliveries and customer service improve.

    Easy, quick, reliable..... n "recommended" (or referred to) by AI! I bought this product abroad n wanted a repalcement n AI sourced it for me (based on my description!) and the service was excellent Got my order of TWO TUBES within a very few days Thanks to all involved!
