SNEAXX

On May 22, 2025, I placed a sneaker order for my son as a birthday present, with a shipping promise of 5-9 business days. However, so far I have only received promises to ship once the merchandise arrives at the premises of this brokerage firm. SNEAXX is selling products they don't have and need to receive first before they can ship, with an apparently uncertain outcome. I would not place another order with this brokerage firm.

Very disappointed with this webshop. I ordered my sneakers on April 30, and a month later I still haven't received anything. At first, I was promised that the delivery would happen quickly, but then I only received a standard email stating that my order was delayed. As "compensation," I was given a €5 discount code for a future order. Since this was my first order and, to be honest, I don't want to order again after this experience, I kindly asked for that €5 to be refunded to my current order. I never received a response to that email. Never order!

Do not order from them! The delivery times were not respected at all! There was no response when I wanted to cancel the order, and there was no tracking for the order. I received it 1 month later, even though the delivery time was supposed to be just a few days! There is no possibility of getting a refund for the shipping costs, and I have to pay to return the items, plus customs fees! It’s safe to say it’s not worth sending them back! Sneax refuses to make any commercial gesture for the delivery time not being respected, and in the meantime, I bought other shoes for my son!
