I cannot give a review, my package unfortunately still has not arrived.

The web assistant was very clear and did not try to push a sale. After placing the order, it turned out that Windows was included in the order, while I thought I had ordered Linux Ubuntu. With a quick phone call, everything was sorted out. The laptop was shipped within 1 day, and I am looking forward to it!

I was very excited to receive a laptop from SKIKK. Their idea of a custom-made laptop is very appealing to me. However, I did not receive my laptop after 5 days of waiting. The UPS Express Saver had greatly disappointed me. I waited and watched for the truck but it never arrived. Instead UPS claimed that a delivery was attempted. How? If I was waiting all day hoping to receive my laptop and did not receive a phone call, message, or notification that the driver arrived and could not find me? How can I ever receive my package if there is no attempt to contact me at any point during the delivery?

It's great that I can configure a high-quality laptop myself, including RAM, type of thermal paste, and even an extra operating system. I was continuously kept informed about the progress of the order. I also appreciate being able to purchase such a beautiful product from a Dutch company instead of an American tech giant.

I have always had a good experience with SKIKK, for 4 laptops over 11 years. The laptops are well tailored to what I need and are therefore cost-effective, and the support is always great.

Material conforms to the order. Fast delivery despite a supply issue that was perfectly managed by customer service.
