    Zwar wurde die Bestellung wie versprochen versandt, jedoch nicht geliefert. UPS gab zunächst an, dass meine Adresse nicht existierte und dann, dass ich die Lieferung verschoben hätte. Per Mail gab man zu, dass das Paket verschwunden ist und Skikk Schadensersatz fordern kann. Der Kundenservice von Skikk möchte, dass ich warte und mich an UPS wende (Antwort kam innerhalb von Minuten). Als ich die Mail von UPS mit der Bestätigung über den Verlust des Pakets an den Kundenservice schickte, erhielt ich bisher keine Antwort. Das Geld haben sie jedoch. Update: erneut vertröstet und keine Ware

    The numerical keyboard was a suprise and makes typing uncomfortable and the lack of choices is a big let-down. The Ubuntu studio implementation has conflicting dependencies that made an update impossible until I downgraded versions. The mouse hovering lags over icons which made me basically reorder nvidia driver that was incompatible with kernel 6.14.x ... I spent hours fixing your setup instead of enjoying my expensive new laptop! Basically I feel let down by your product. To make matters worse there is a bug or missing feature that is preventing the keyboard from flashing colors

    It was very difficult to get the right invoice, without the VAT (the purchase being made for the company). Then, I paid, I sent the payment proof, and, then, no reaction. For the Order #26785, I wanted to check my order status on my account (on your website), but there is no order anymore.

    I tried to call you on your phone number (+31 (0) 38 386 1055, taken from your site), but nobody answered. I tried 2 times, 8 and 11 minutes, but nothing.

    I have sent emails to your SKIKK info@skikk.eu and support@skikk.eu, but no answer.

    Thank you for sharing your experience. I’m sorry to hear that the initial phase of your order didn’t go smoothly. Getting the correct VAT-free invoice and not receiving timely replies should not have been this difficult, and we fully understand the frustration this caused. We are already working on improving our first-line communication and response times to prevent situations like this.

    Onbereikbare klantenservice, slechtere service, lange wachttijden, langere levertijden dan aangeven op de website, onvolledige en onjuiste informatieverstrekking. Afrader dit bedrijf!
