My questions about the product were answered fast, the delivery was also fast and the packaging was secure. I ended up returning the item, however the customer service was very helpful and they made the process really easy for me. I’ll definitely consider purchasing from Refurbica when I want to buy electronics in the future.

De zending is nog niet binnen , terwijl beloofd was 26/2

Wat vervelend dat uw pakketje nog niet binnen is. Onze excuses hiervoor. Ik heb ons systeem even nagekeken. Er is bij deze zending een fout ontstaan waardoor het pakketje klaarlag maar nog niet met de bezorger was meegegeven. Deze wordt vandaag meegegeven en zal naar verluidt morgen aankomen.

I did not recieve the controller which was part of the order, i raised a complaint which was adressed in good order. I now have the whole order. An honest mistake corrected, anoying but smartly resolved

It looked like an Irish website but my order was actually shipped from The Netherlands to France to Ireland. They use GLS which are a notoriously poor shipping company. If you’re ordering and would like your package to arrive on time don’t buy from here.

Unfortunately, it seems that your package is having some issues during transit. We have launched an investigation with our shipping carrier and we will inform you as soon as we have more information about your parcel.
Please note that we have shipped your item on the day you made the order. Unfortunately, we do not have any influence over a delayed shipment at our carrier. We handpick the best shipping couriers for every international destination, but unforunately, sometimes delays that we do not have an influence over can happen.
