Messy outdated interface. Painful and illogical billing/invoicing. Had to talk to their support more than to any other support or any other online-first platform since 1998 - every second time I had to use them something was not obvious or broke in a surprising way. It was _very_ easy to start with them - but oh my, if I would know the amount of upkeep I will wait for a week to get service from another post forwarding service.
Great pricing and fantastic service. While our time spent engaging the services of PriPost was short, we were always impressed with their quick response time. Post is a tricky matter - quite private and confidential - but the team at PriPost never gave us a reason to doubt them. We're delighted at how efficiently our mail was handled. Would definitely recommend.
