The order was registered with DPD, but then nothing happened. I sought contact for two months: many times via email, web form, chat, and phone. Nothing. Absolute silence. I reported it to Consuwijzer, Mollie, and webwinkelkeur.nl (Torque Alliance was not a member at that time, they said) and filed a fraud report with the police. Three days after completing the report, suddenly an email arrived: Russians had hacked the email system and DPD had lost the package (DPD claimed that was nonsense). The money was refunded via Mollie. Then suddenly this review request: here it is.

Didn’t receive nothing, because they didn't ship anything. I wrote I don’t know how many times to the shop without any response from their side. At the end I reached the credit card company for charge back and after 40 days I received the money back from the credit card issuer. I consider the shop to be scam and they don’t ship anything to their customers.

The "service" was catastrophic! I wanted to return my delivery and got no reaction at all. None of my emails was answered and even the package I sent back was not accepted. Luckily I payed via PayPal, otherwise my money would have been gone. Last time I ever bought at this shop. Absolutely no recommendation!

The item does not do what was promised. Inquiries about returns are being ignored. I will never buy here again! I do not recommend it to anyone!

The order itself went well, as did the delivery, but the product itself is junk. It’s probably just too old, but the adhesive doesn’t hold, and the water-repellent spoiler just flops around. If I took it through a car wash once, it would be a disaster waiting to happen.
